RECOMMENDED USE
Mix 1 serving (30 g) Monster Whey with 250 ml water or skimmed milk to prepare your delicious protein shake.
As a food supplement, take 1 serving daily: on training days consume 1 serving 30 minutes after your workout.
On non-workout days take one serving right on waking.

RECOMMENDED USE
Add (10g) 2 scoops in 240 ml iso, hydro, whey protein shake.
Mix for 30 seconds and drink between meals during the day.
EAA POWER is ideally consumed pre workout, during the workout and post workout or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Consume immediately after preparation.
