RECOMMENDED USE
Beginner: 1 scoop with 250 ml cold water.
Advanced: 2 scoops with 370 ml cold water.
Professional: 3 scoops with 490 ml cold water.
Mix well and consume 20–30 minutes before workout.
Do not exceed 3 scoops within 24 hours.
Maintain adequate hydration during use.
